Verso Skincare was founded in 2013 and has since then focused on making utilitarian skincare with a timeless appearance — mainly through their unique product line containing a Vitamin A complex called Retinol 8. Their secret is to keep it simple, without compromising on quality. Verso’s products consist of few, carefully chosen ingredients with scientifically proven results.

As for the company’s objective, Verso offers their customers advanced skincare that is easy to use and suits every lifestyle. A big focal point for Verso in the remaking of their web shop was to align all steps in the customer journey and offer an eminent experience, all the way from shopping to selfcare.

Find out more about Verso’s revolutionary skincare on their website.

To guarantee a delivery experience that matches their high ambitions, Verso teamed up with Ingrid. We have asked E-commerce Director Maria Bodegård what she considers to be the optimal delivery offering for Verso’s customers:

What is the ideal delivery experience for Verso’s consumers?

Our goal is to make sure Verso is available where it is most convenient to our users. Be it online or in a physical store through one of our many skilled and competent retailers or directly from us at versoskincare.com. As with any online purchasing experience it is important that the customers clearly understand when and how they can expect their products to be delivered. Being able to offer a selection of freight options to make sure the customers can customise their shopping experience, in both terms of how and when, when it comes to our deliveries is definitely a long term goal for versoskincare.com and something we believe Ingrid will be able to help us with.

Why are you integrating Ingrid?

We chose Ingrid because of the high number of freight companies that are already integrated and how easy it is to make changes and update the shipping alternatives daily if needed. This is a crucial function for us as we are looking at growing our global presence which demands that we can offer different shipping structures for different markets depending on customer preference and being able to locally customise options to ensure high quality deliveries.

Which delivery options are you offering right now?

We work with DHL, Airmee, Fedex and USPS now but are looking into adding more options as we grow and expand.
